My battery has been randomly dying lately (I think). When I turn the key on, all the accessories power up fine and the radio comes on. But when i try to start it, the relays just start clicking and it turns over maybe once or twice extremely slowly.

It has been very inconsistent though. Sometimes I leave it sit overnight and it starts fine the next morning, other times its dead. Sometimes it wont even start after being off for 2 minutes while i run into a store. I thought it may be the starter motor, but it starts perfectly as soon as i hook up jumper cables.

The wires on the battery terminals are not loose. And i have a zero gauge ground cable to the strut tower. Ive also had both the battery (autocraft gold, 1 year old) and the alternator tested at autozone.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Sounds to me like probably a poor connection or a bad battery..

Since you say it does work with a jump start, the poor connection should be between your battery and wherever you clamped on the jumper cables.

Voltage drop tests should reveal more, especially if you can check it while the problem is acting up.

If you can check voltage directly on the battery posts while it's acting up (meaning while someone is trying to crank it), that should tell you if the battery is faulty.

I ended up taking it into autozone and the test machine said replace battery, it was still under warranty so i got a new one and have had no problems since
