We'll I'm not shure there is not any thing written on the fiberglass can so I was kinda hoping someone would no how how fiberglass gets before it catches fire, some one already used fire glass cloth/ resin and that dident burn but I thought maybe the stuff I have can't get as hot becuase it's called fiberglass body fill

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: can you put fiberglass on rusted oil pan??
Well.....the glass itself won't burn easily but the resin can burn.
Just slapping it on an oil pan --- there won't be enough heat to be near the ignition temperature but the resin might get hot enough to break down.
EDIT: You have a hot exhaust pipe under the pan too.
Looking in a boat forum I found this, discussion about fire damage to a fiberglass boat:
If there's evidence of fire damage to the glass itself, it's probably a bad idea. Above 60, 80, 100 Celsius, depending on resin, the resins that hold fibreglass together begin to rapidly decompose, leaving weak spots and bubbles in the laminate. The result is hard and looks fine, but will fail catastrophically under a sudden load.
Replace the oil pan?
