Hey guys I was looking to get a tint on my civic, but my only options are 50% all around or 50% front two 35% side and back, if you guys have any photos of those that would be awesome!! And any suggestions, I would love to do 35% but in VA it's illegal and i'd get pulled over in a heartbeat.
As for the interior I was looking to reupholster it, there are various kits online I was looking at, and I'd do the labor myself, let me know your thoughts on this.

I think you'll be disappointing with 50%. I have 50% on the fronts, 35% on the backs (4 door car) and 20% on the rear windshield. I went 50% for legality and it's not dark at all. 35% is much better and unlike gearbox I don't think mixmatched cars look bad

i got 15% all the way around. and i wish i had 5 or 10. its hot in FL!
as for the seats. find a good upholstery shop to do them for you. a local shop told me about 450 for all seats and headliner in black. but how the hell am i going to do my seatbelts?

any tint looks better than no tint though.. my back side windows are tinted (sedan) and my back windshield, but my front side windows have nothin. i hate it. so i'd take 50% over what i got. lol
not a clue about the interior seats, but you'll find help here for sure.

I guess I'm used to seeing mismatched tints because here in Quebec the legal limit is 70% in the driver and passenger windows and whatever else on the other windows. Most cars here have mismatched windows because people will get 50% in the front then really dark in the back. 35% will get you a ticket here

35F and 20R. I chose 35 on the fronts since I live in CA and police are tight on the front window tints. During the day its somewhat light, but in the evenings and nights, its like 20s during the day. I also have tan interior, which make it look lighter than if you have grey interior. Hope this helps!
