OEM style side skirts.

Hey guys. Was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with buying side skirt replicas(or front/rear) like these? http://cgi.ebay.ca/HONDA-CIVIC-SIDE-...ht_1165wt_1139

I really wanna get the aero style side skirts but I am clueless as to where to look.(I live in Canada so yeah) Anyways any help would be greatly appreciated. Figured with this price, I'd be able to save more even if I get them both painted for about 150 bucks. Thanks again!

Re: OEM style side skirts.

In my experience you get what you pay for. I ended up paying more money because I cheaped out the first time. The side ones did not sit correctly, they had a couple of gaps because they don't bring the side metal mounting thingy. And they broke beacuse my foot use to hit those gaps everytime I got out. The front and rear were fine with a little fitment issues. The only reason I don't tell you to buy oem is because the side aero are expensive but they are painted. If it was me I would buy the oem ones but that's just me and the rear aero look awesome.

Edit: you can get then from handa-accessories.com but don't know if they ship to Canada.

Yeah mine ran me about 250$ painted for both sides. they were a different color so i had to repaint them. They did come with everything except the template for marking. It's not necessary though, but like SpeedDownZone said, get the mounting brackets with the kit.

Thanks for the reply guys. Kinda depressing to read but I guess buying the oem ones or hunting for the real aero sides are the only ways to go. I live in Vancouver, Muirsy.
