I don't think its worth it for the money. I rather get the Infinity Basslink.

From what I heard, people said it adds a little bit more bass, but not that much to be worth the cost spent on it.

Just throw a ten in the trunk and use a decently powerfull amp. You will be much happier with the sound. I have the audio system that comes with the Navi unit from the factory, it sounds nice. Compare it to the single MTX ten inch subwoofer in my truck and it is week. I also think that going this route would save you some money.

Just my oppinion.

My problem is I don't want to take up lots of room in my trunk with a sub & amp.

understandable, I was thinking a box like this:
http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...=detailed_info
That you could put up agianst the back seats giving you a lot of useable room in the trunk as it is only nine inches deep or so. The amp would be small and you could mount the whole system so it would be easy to remove incase you need to use the whole trunk for somthing big or oddly shaped.

I had an Alpine amp bolted to the right rear seat back and a custom made subwoofer in a 1 cubic foot boxes on the right side of the trunk.

In this fashion, I can still flip the left side rear seat back forward to carry long cargo.

The sub is easily removed with 4 screws. I only had to do that once when I went on vacation, (3 people and luggage). The removal of the sub took about 5 minutes
