07 sedan rattle

my 07 si has a rattle comming from the drivers side seat belt height adjuster area. Started around 1000 miles. does anyone else have this problem? or know what it causing it/how to fix it?

Have the exact same problem on m y 2007 EX sedan.
Started after 3 months of use.

I did not have the time to investigate yet.
