Rep Power: 0 Lifted truck to a civic
Hey y'all. I've always been a truck guy, in fact, i've never even owned a car. I've never owned a vehicle that doesn't have a v8 and that i couldnt haul a deer in.
Unfortunately, my wife and I got burned on a deal on craigslist, was able to sell it for 1800. And with $1800, i found a civic. Wife got the truck. I got the civic. And i must say, i fell in love with driving it. Its a 2000 ex coupe. And now i get to start modding it. And i really, really, wanna drop it.
Here's a pic of it. She's currently underneath the carport, i'm about to do brakes, rotors, and an oil change. Parts are cheap, and $20 FILLUPS ARE INCREDIBLE.

Congratulations on your Civic (nevermind the bum deal you got) and welcome to the forums! You have the latest model of a 6th generation Civic, which is the last of what is considered to be one of the best generations.
Yes. Yes they are!
BTW feel free to post more pics of your car! We're kind of into that kind of thing here at the forums.

Good find! The 2000 Civic is arguably the most desirable Civic ever made (and only by people who don't actually own one). When I bought mine I had no clue it had a double wishbone suspension initially. I did really notice right away that it drove better than almost anything else I'd ever driven though.
