sorry no usb on the alpine. it has AI NET so you can buy the optional ipod interface or add cd changer, but no actual usb port.

other than the projectors, if you want to run hids you will need bulbs (2), ballasts (2), and a custom wire harness made or bought (check theretrofitsource.com). i personally would recommend using oem d2s ballasts and d2s bulbs, and getting a set of h7-d2s adapter plates so you can use them in the h7 halogen valeo projectors. you could also use h7 hid kit, but the quality will not be as good for the bulbs and ballasts.

i dont mean to be a hassle but what exactly would i need to buy to hook these projectors up to my car. i dont plan to buy hids. his dont really last, ones out one day than back on the next. i plan to use stock brighter bulbs.

if you want to use halogen bulbs, all you need is a pair of H7 female connectors to plug into the bulbs. you can upgrade to 65w osram hyper h7 bulbs which area ton brighter (2100 lumen instead of the standard which is 1400 lumen). almost like hid.

or if you want to go oem hid, you need adapers, oem d2s ballasts, and oem d2s bulbs. the adapters are just on ebay.

d2s ballasts and bulbs can also be found on ebay or TRS. usually $100 for a pair of used ballasts, $75 for a pair of new philips 85122 d2s bulbs.

i have a pair of inner 04-05 sedan honda oem tails (with clear reverse light) brand new in the box. no sockets but comes with brand new gaskets. asking $75 shipped for both. reason for selling is i bought new outer pieces to replace mine and didnt think my old inner pieces would match, but they did. so i ended up not needing the inners.

also have 8thgen oem trim panel with 3 switch holes. this replaces the "pocket" in some civic models. it comes with the interior illumination switch installed (with pigtail connector) and two spacers. switch has a half sun icon pointing down. i can take pics if interested. $20 shipped.

have an h4 new philips halogen bulb for $8 shipped
