Bunch of D17 stuff (tranny, turbo, axles, etc) -- ***MAKE OFFERS***
Hello everyone,
I finally finished my JDM K20a swap into my 2004 Civic LX, and I have a bunch of parts for sale. I have included pictures of most of the items. Please click on each picture to see a larger version of it. If you have any questions, please post and/or PM me. I am located in Saint Louis. Local pickup will have no shipping costs (duh), and I will try to find the best shipping costs possible for out-of-town sales.
***All parts are from a 2004 Civic LX coupe unless otherwise noted***
ALL PRICES ARE FLEXIBLE!
TURBO-KIT: -- SOLD
Asking $1200
This is a full TSI turbo kit purchased from Jesse at turbo-kits.com. I bought all the upgrades including the throttle injectors, and the injector control unit. I have also added a Greddy Type-RS blow-off valve and custom welded it on the pipe going into the throttle body. On a stock engine, 6-8 psi is safe.
The air-intake was modified to be shorter:

TurboXS manual boost controller added in (for above 8 psi):

The crappy BoV was replaced with a Greddy Type-RS which was custom welded right near the throttle body:

I purchased the full TSI kit with both control units:

The added fuel lines for the control units:

Many of the intercooler pipes are custom-bent, and you may need some additional ones made (guessing around $75 in needed parts):

There are two flaws that I've noticed in the piping, but they didn't cause me any problems; they can be EASILY fixed:

The full throttle body with added injectors for the control unit:

Some general pictures of the turbo unit, manifold, et cetera:
The turbo is a Garrett T28BB and it is attached to the manifold.

Apex Boost gauge:
Asking $55

Axles (manual set AS WELL AS automatic set):
Asking $125 (for either set)

Manual transmission: -- SOLD
Asking $350
Approximately 18,000 miles on it when I purchased it. I put about another 12,000 on it. It works beautifully. I didn't have any problems whatsoever with it.

Exedy clutch and flywheel: -- SOLD
Asking $150 (for both)
Exedy Stage 1 Clutch and 10.9 lbs flywheel. Approximately 12,000 miles.

Clutch lines: -- SOLD
Asking $65
Comes with hardline, performance softline, and slave cylinder.

Shift cables: -- SOLD
Asking $35

Automatic transmission: -- SOLD
Asking $500
About 15,000 miles on it; excellent condition!

Stock radiator:
Asking $75 (with both fans)
About 22,000 miles on it.

Manual gauge cluster: -- SOLD
Asking $125
About 22,000 miles on it (I think).

Automatic ECU:
Asking $200

I also have a bunch of other parts for the D17 (both automatic and manual parts). For instance, I have some motor mounts, PS lines, and more. Please just ask if you need a certain part that you don't see listed.
As I said, all prices are FLEXIBLE. I really need some cash, so just make offers! This stuff really needs to go!

The tranny is in great shape. Just to let you know, I had everything looked at by my shop. The reason that the engine block isn't available anymore is because I didn't want to take the chance of it being in bad shape. The transmission--as with every other listed part--is in great shape unless otherwise noted.
So your throttle body pretty much has injectors in it to spray more fuel in along with the air? Correct me if I am wrong but I have only seen that idea on nitrous systems. Very curous on how that works.
I am unsure of what parts you would want, but I'm willing to part. I just need everything to go, and am unsure if the kit will sell as individual parts. Let me know what you had in mind and I will try to figure out if it will work.
Thanks.

Thanks.

The turbo housing is attached to the manifold, so you would have to run a turboed car in order to use that manifold. The MT doesn't include a clutch or flywheel, but it is in GREAT shape.
Thanks,
Zach
You would need the two control units, the throttle body with added injectors, and the fuel lines. I'm not sure how they would work unless you are running the TSI turbo kit. I would imagine that they would work just fine, but I can't be certain of problems you might encounter.
