the problem is they dont flicker on startup, they flicker once after about 3-5 minutes. startup first thing is fine, they heat up and its all good. a few minutes down the road the right one flickers...

that doesnt mean the issue isnt in the bottom end. at 30 PSI, something major is wrong. either you have fried piston rings, a valve not seating.

perform a cylinder leak test and see what you get.
