Re: 01 EX front suspension overhaul

Yup, Pick up some new dampers and you may want to replace the upper perches with the later 03's. the 01's have a plastic bushing where as the 03 had a ball bearing mount.

Given the spacer, its unlikely that you are bottoming out. you may be "topping" out the damper rather as in you are running out of droop travel rather then bump travel.

Alternately you may be...

Re: Lower control arm bushings installed the wrong way please help

Um, they are bushings. there is no "wrong way" to install them on the front LCA.

Now if they were offset bushings designed to increase caster then they could be installed wrong.

What bushings...

Re: Effect of increasing rpm from 6800 to 7200

Get "taller" tires. You'll loose acceleration, but you'll increase your top speed.

The problem your going to run in to is that you are simply going to run out of torque. as in the car simply...

km/h = Kilometers per hour.

Going from 180 to 240 means that you would have increased your velocity by 60 km/h.

like I said, the only example of towing I have is transporting my Harley around. and the lil civic does it just fine, with a nominal drop in MPG. 2001, EX 5speed, with 150,000+ miles on the clock.

Re: Help on proper tire pressure for 245/45ZR/17

Tire pressure is mainly based on weight. And it is clearly marked in side the drivers door sill. you may as an option increase that designated psi by 1 or 2 lbs if you like.
