I don't know what you have....but there is no green LED on the stock Honda key transmitter. Only a single red LED next to the lock button.

No light typically indicates no transmitter activity....

As far as the compression numbers.......check and adjust valve clearances, then see if that helps the...

The picture shows the mess the oil leak has made, but we want to see the areas that would show the source of the leakage.

So the blower motor doesn't work, easy enough. (If the blower fan does not run, the compressor will not be allowed to run)

I'd first figure out exactly why that blower doesn't work and see where...

Price a set of mounts from HONDA
The vibration issue probably won't seem all that bad once you know how much good mounts cost


Also, look up how to neutralize your mounts and see if doing that...

The transmission would have to be removed to replace a flywheel, but the part cost is much lower than buying a replacement transmission
The car has nearly 200k on it, so I wouldn't be surprised if...

At that point it quits cooling you need to get out, open the hood and observe if the compressor is actually running or not (meaning is the clutch engaged, or not), and tell us if the radiator fans...

Maybe it's normal for the car. The previous owner didn't have an issue with it (apparently)
It's a 4 cylinder and it DOES vibrate.....and loading an engine at low RPM causes even more vibration.

They are known to strip splines out of the flywheel ....then there's nothing to spin the trans input shaft

AC is enabled when controls are in either windshield position with the fan on. No pilot light to let you know the AC is on, it's a default operation. .

Now if you have all hvac controls and fan...

Is there a lot of slack in the timing belt? See if the spring is no longer attached to the tensioner. If the tensioner has no spring, you risk jumping the timing belt even more

Do not attempt to crank the engine or anything.
If you suspect it jumped time, I'd recommend you remove the upper timing cover and see if that's what really happened (confirm cam-crank relationship)...

The IAC valve is probably stuck open (lower passage leads to the IAC)

The upper hole should lead to the large screw that's used to dial in base idle speed, but that really can't be done if the IAC...

Ok I musta had the wrong engine style pictured in my head when I wrote that.
Pull off the rubber tube so you can find the air passages (holes) in the throttle body.

Remove air breather lid. Start engine, get it to surge.
Confirm my guess by using your fingers to block the open ports in the neck of the throttle body...
