Re: Car shuts off

Make sure the sensors the shop used and the new parts you buy are from Honda, or Denso.

Many, many times we've seen shops cheaping out and using other sensors which cause problems.

Re: 2018 clunky

Usually Honda manuals are considered to have a great feel.

It should have a nice pop into place. But if you have to hold it down and pull back multiple times to get it in gear, something is wrong.

Check your engine, there is a stamp next to the upper radiator hose connection to the block. The stamp will say D17a1 or D17a2.

It's best to get the same engine because one is vtec the other is...

Re: leaking radiater

Epoxy works but you need the right product and method.

You need "plasti weld" epoxy, not the metal/ceramic/wood epoxy.

MAKE SURE to sand the area with a rough grit sand paper, this removes oil...

Re: 01-05 ES1/EM2/EP3/DC5 SUSPENSION COMPATIBILITY (Author: Mindbomb)

I'm not sure if you need the dc5 lower control arms. You will need new brake lines, and may need the...

Re: 2004 EX --Unknown oil leak--what did I miss?

Remove the oil filter and check to make sure it is not double gasketed/leaking. That's the only other seal I can think of (probably not rear main since you said its dry bu the exhaust/transmission).

Re: Rebuild?

If you want to upgrade internals

-camshaft $300 plus install, with IHE $400 plus install would be the cheapest option.

You'll need a lot more for a stroker kit or high compression piston build.

Re: Engine Skipping when Warm

What viscosity?

New oil will be thinner across all temperatures, especially while hot. Perhaps you have low compression in a cylinder due to worn rings.

Check compression and report back.
