Re: Official K-swap Discussion and Research Thread.

They all make around the same horsepower and torque. The k24a2 (tsx) is the best k24, but it is not cheap. (200 hp). The k24a1 (crv) is second because you can put on a k20a2 (rsx type s) head and you...

Re: Official K-swap Discussion and Research Thread.

Don't do the accord or element. The k24a1 (crv) is a good k24. This allows you to swap on a better head when you have more money. The k24a4 and the k24a3 don't allow you to do this unless you swap...

Re: Legit $300 Turbo kit? need some feedback

I hate people who think spending money on a car is a "waste". It's a hobby. Just like how girls spend so much money on clothes

Re: Legit $300 Turbo kit? need some feedback

$1700 isn't a lot to put into your civic at 17. I have an rsx and I probably already put over $2000 in it since I bought it in November. I'm 19, going to college full time, and I make near minimum...

Re: Legit $300 Turbo kit? need some feedback

First off, find yourself an 02-04 rsx type s ecu (prb) ship it to hondata to get kpro. Kpro alone is $690, Ecus go for $200, and you'll need a new d17 timing gear which will add on another $180....

You can't replace those. Make sure your oil was changed recently, along with a clean air filter, good fuel, and regular maintenance. I would seafoam your car

Re: 09 crv engine k24z1 for 850 $

That's expensive. To make a k24z engine work you have to use aem. HONDATA KPRO IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH K24Z ENGINES. I had a friend who found that out the hard way. I picked up my k24a1 complete...

Re: intake swap have specific questions to ask.

2. Is it better to...
