Just lower the car to the ground (wheels touching ground) and put the car into gear or leave iit in park. Then get a huge breaker bar and loosen the bolt.

no hydrolock, no water at the moment here in vegas. if it was hydrolocked it would have died then and there. even if the timing belt was snapped the bottom end should still be able to move no?
