Re: Hooking up HHO again.

Funny thing is that it's not a theory, because scientific law says that it can't do what proponents claim that it does. At best it's a hypothesis and a bad one at that.

Re: Storing/Concealing a gun...in a Civic? w/PICS

I don't carry a weapon because I understand that violence begets violence. The real fact of the matter is that you are more likely to have your weapons stolen from your house, your car, etc.; than...

Re: Tricks to increase Civic MPG?

I never knew there was any debate over the fact that you get worse mileage in the winter than you do in the summer, but I think there are many more factors than ambient temperature. In fact I think...

Re: Tricks to increase Civic MPG?

That's true only if you assume the same rate of flow. So if you have more dense air coming in you could technically get the same power from the engine with less flow and the same amount of fuel....

Re: Tricks to increase Civic MPG?

You replace the O2 sensor at intervals, meaning if it has never been replaced or hasn't been replaced in the last 70k-90k miles it's probably time. If you could get any service history from the...

Re: '08 Honda Civic vs. '02 Silverado 5.3

Either gain horsepower, lose weight or both. The civic stock is toting 19.87 #/HP and the Silverado is toting only 15.67 #/HP. So on paper the Silverado wins. For you to win (on paper) you need ~60hp...

Re: Does IAC valve need to close completely?

Oil always smells a little bit like gas because a little blow-by is natural, so is your oil really smelly like gasoline or is it just a tinge of hydrocarbon smell?

Veyron = raw power plus balance
Henessy Venom = raw power

Not saying the Venom is a POS but the Viper wasn't originally built for over 1000 horsepower, where as the Bugatti was.

It's called peer-review. It's how we deal with people like you. It keeps people from saying things they can't prove, and proves concepts either valid or invalid.
