The B codes aren't necessarily strictly open circuit codes. Depending on the second group of numbers (these are actually 7 character fault codes) it could be short to power or ground or high or low...

NO! AF sensor is not the same as O2 sensor

Though they may appear similar externally, the construction and operation are completely different internally and they cannot be swapped.
