new shocks and springs *UPDATE*
 
hey guys.. wondering what a good shop in ottawa to get my new lowering springs and shocks installed is or should i do it myself?

There is a sweet DIY in the Suspension Performance section of this web site for lowering spring install. The shock install would be easy as you would just throw the springs on after you take them off the old struts. The two installs go hand in hand.

But if no one is available to do the install, go to Frisby Tire. They are the breast. This way if anything goes wrong, you have a reputable shop to turn to, to fix the error UNDER WARRANTY.:rtfm:

thanks for the offer.. wish i had seen it earlier.. got the fronts done today.. gonna do the rear tomorrow.. should be ok now that i've done the fronts.. 33lbs of torque for the 3 nuts holding the shock tower in didnt really seem like alot though..

got the rears on... got some creaking and groaning when i turn at a slow speed.. gonna wrap the springs.. hopefully that will get rid of the noise..
