I Am planning to buy a glow gauges and I need help, I don,t know where to get the power source 12 volts. I,m not familiar with all the wires under my dash...Any body can help?

Lynk 08-11-2004 02:58 PM

use the 12 volts going to the gauges you already have, red/black wire. I can help you out if you want, it's not that hard.

norek 08-11-2004 05:22 PM

Definitely buddy,

You'll get an intake... as long as I like the AEM, I'll just give you mine.

For the glow gauges, KVR is the way to go - check this link out:

thanks man if you can help me install my glow gauges because I'm scared to touch the wires couse I dont wanna mess up the electronics....I will see you on friday night....

Lynk 08-12-2004 03:42 AM

yeah, i might be there this friday cause i probably won't be able to make it to the warped tour in montreal :(
As for installing gauges, worst thing that can happen is you blow a fuse. All you do is replace it. There's one fuse in my car i've blown 4 or 5 times. He he, probably not anywhere neer Norek though!
But you can get some good gauges for cheep on ebay if you don't mind them being in mph. Mine are in MPH and it's really not a big problem.

norek 08-12-2004 08:01 AM

shiit, i still haven't setup my gauges to turn off with the regular switch. they're always on... i gota find the time to fix that!

Lynk 08-12-2004 12:12 PM

^ he he, it would take you 10 minutes max! get off your lazy bum and do it! he he
