Rockford Fosgate Punch 250.2 amp (rated at ~400W)

Rockford Fosgate RFZ 3412/3812 sub (rated at 150W each)

whats the rms on the amp?

Hard to say... the piece of paper from Rockford Fosgate in the amp box says 400W RMS, but on the internet it seems to be 250W RMS...
