I'd be pretty cautious on Ebay these days. It seems like everyone gets ripped off in some way or another. I don't have turbo, but by reading up on alot of posts, the actual turbocharger is something that you definately don't want to go cheap on as well as those OBX manifolds they sell. Search up on here and you'll find out more info.

my buddys running an xs t3 .42/.48 at 21 lbs on a built b16 and it has proven fine as of now

im also running the same turbo at 5psi and it seems fine..not to say that i wont upgrade this winter but its a starting point

BUT: the ebay manifolds are SHIT, i went with the dezod el style manifold and love it...my buddys ebay mani already broke off at the wastegate weld

there is no such thing as a cheap turbo kit...you spend all this time making your car look good...dont build a cheap setup for it...the turbo is the heart of the kit, you dont want it failing on you, so i suggest spending the money that it takes to get the one that you want...i just spent $1200 on my turbo for my srt, thats just the turbo, not the complete kit...and i would have done the same for my civic when i had it too....
