is this a good wheel/tire price?

i was looking into the gunmetal 15'' or 16'' rims/tires package from this site.

http://www.tires-n-parts.com/package...motegi_pd.html

either #5337 or #4348. i called them and they said both are available in gunmetal finish for the same price. it says the price includes shipping, all the lugs and nuts, caps, rings, stems, mounting and balancing. i was wondering if this is a good deal for all that. anyone buy wheels from this site ever? any feedback would be great.

i also dont have a photoshop to see what my car would look like w/ the new rims. i have a dark blue color on my civic, and i dont know what wheel finish would look decent. i was hoping gunmetal. any suggestions? thx.

oh yea, i forgot to ask if there is a huge difference between 15's and 16's. i'm planning on dropping my car and i heard that they would look pretty much the same size. is this true?

My car is on 16's and I have 205/55/16 tires, with a drop of around 1.5" and it looks good in my opinion. I will probably be upgrading to 17's in the spring, but for now i like my 16's.
I attacheda pic of me when I first put the new springs on so the car had not settled, now it sits a little lower.http://www.7thgencivic.com/memberrid..._Grill-med.JPG
