Help! :( my doors dont lock with the alarm

Well all of a sudden my door look on my driverside stopped working when i press my alarm. I have to manually lock it eveytime i leave my car. i took apart my door to see what was wrong but have the slightest clue. I was wondering if anyone knew any shops that could fix this.

Thanks

The lock actuator has died and you need to go and get a new one. Its something like $46 or so. Not too hard to replace it, tho mine died out about 2 months ago and I have yet to replace it.

No clue how much a shop would charge, but I think theres a DIY on the site somewhere. Save some cash money for the clubs njggz.

HAHA same thing happened to me, Its been over 3 months and i have to unlock and lock my door manually on the driver side every single time. Kind of annoying and its always the driver side which goes out.

last place is to go to honda to fix it, any 714 area places that are reasonable prices?

Just buy the part from Majestic Honda ($46 or so) and have them install it, prolly charge you an hour or two of labor. If you want to cut down on labor, take off your door panel when you take it in, and don't take it with you that way they can't put it back on for you.

Above all, stop being so turtley and make your way over to a phone and call some places. However, since I'm so nice, here is a place to check out, and its literally down the block from you.
