HELP! Where to buy SSM spray paint?
 

Hey guys and girls, I was just wondering if any of you know of any places where I can get OEM SSM spray paint (for my lip kit). I would prefer not to buy it from a dealer for fear of being ripped off. Anyway, I've tried 2 Autozones, a Kragens, and a Pep Boys, no luck. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

If you're going to paint your lip then I would recommend doing it the correct way... professionally.

Sup Jo, I don't think the dealer has them in spray? I asked them about Tafetta white and they said they don't carry them in a spray can. Hey do you have a Digi cam by anychance? :) I finally put the cf lip on.

Annex on Reseda blvd here in the 818. They sell DuPont paints to body shops for OEM applications.

Give them your paint code (found on driver side door jam) and they mix it up there and put it in a spray can for you..thats preety dope huh..

umm do not get it done professionally and get ripped off... god some people charge way to much to paint.. there is a paint store by my house that i got my paint from and he matches to 1 shade from stock. the guy knows what he is doing.. it is of the 57 over by anaheim pond. it is of katella ave.

Paint is really expensive now!! I remember i bought can of paint(1pint) for like $40!!!!

How many would you think I would need to paint an entire lip kit?

Damn, i wouldnt trust myself to paint a whole lip kit. It probably wouldnt look that good too. Especially if you dont have the tools and space to do it. I say save yourself the time, and trouble and have a professional paint it for you.

all you would need is a quart of paint. it should run you no more than 80 bucks if it does then they are ripping you off. you will also most likely need a can of clear so that you are able to get the shine on the new paint and add as a protective layer.
