Traffic school options?

Well, my mom was caught by one of those red light cameras when she was trying to make it on a yellow light so now she has to attend traffic school to get the points off. I was checking around on some online schools, is it true once you finish the online class you would have to drive to a test center and take the test for the class there? Would anyone recommend a place online or offline for her to take a class? A vietnamese speaking class would be even better, thanks!

fight the ticket. can you see an extremely visable shot of your mother's face? they should send u a sheet with 4 pics on it i believe. if the pic dont look like your momma...tell them it wasnt her driving the car. that is the easiest ticket to fight. ever.

Ya this ticket is so easy to fight. Look online for some tips

If it was my ticket I would of fought it, but my she didn't want to. Ended up paying close to $400+29 bail+ whatever the traffic school will cost.

to answer your first question, it depends on what county you got the ticket in. Some counties require you to take a final at a test center in person, other counties do not require the in person testing so you can get away with just taking the online class and being done. Most of the online traffic schools do allow you to check if you have to take a in person test in the end by just putting in the zip code of where you got the ticket.

i did my traffic school at www.idrivesafely.com and i didn't have to take a test in person... everything i did was online... they even mailed my certificate of completion straight to the court so i didn't have to wait in line to turn it in...

your mom got arsed out! hahahaha she shouldn't even got a ticket if you say that she was trying to enter the interesection while it was yellow. if it was yellow when she entered then she should've never even got one. I've entered intersections while it was yellow and have never gotten a ticket with those cameras. check out information on those cameras and it'll say that only if you enter an intersection when it is red then they'll take a snap shot of you.

Traffic school

Where were she caught? If it was not in Westminster, and she doesn't want to fight the ticket, she can go to that traffic school next to Bolsa post office. The teacher is viet and he's very helpful. The atmosphere is relax and I think it would help her learn a new thing or two (I have five (5) sisters so I know  ). They also have weekend class. I took the class there, I got a speeding ticket 3 y ago working for Avis rent a car.
