Cuz if the winner doesnt show up for thr prizes then the runner-up gets it by default

that wouldnt be fair...what if they just couldnt make the meet??

ill probably have runner-up prizes as well as the other prizes

just using my pressure tactics to get people to show up...cop stuff

but the night-stick would get more accomplished...let me borrow that
