what kind of header was it? what car? if it was an ex, did you have a 4-1? or 421? cause the 4-1 doesnt have a downpipe, so thats bottle necking all of the exhaust... |

With a borla catback $480 4hp offroad pipe $200 9hp afx udp $100 5hp cam gear $150 7hp Stock I ran 143hp with these mods it adds up to 168hp But this is with a Focus svt (note I am not tring to start anything) |
mr brother has a camaro, he added a JET chip, borla exaust, ram air SS hood(fully functional), and a few other mods and only added about 25 HP. |

That being said i love civics....i'm not ragging. and i'll give props to anyone who does all the basic mods and gets good times (high 15's). But still high 15's are still considered slow by and large. but for a N/A 1.7L that aint' half bad. keep up the good work modding your car. i'll stick with the show, you get the go. |

my friend has a 07 gsx and with an N1 catback, K&N intake, and hks blowoff valve (less than 1 k) he added well over 25 all under 1k. car really boots, gotta love boost |

The items I jus posted were over a grand the DC Sports twin can itself is 600 and the header is over 250 alone. Sorry but I won't let you talkin about a b18c5 like that with your status no way in hell. You're talkin about a 1.8 and inline fours can't perform without a lot of money. SOHC is from AZ. As if he were in bagdad with a 7thgen. well..i guess he could loot it and a lap top to make the post. and as far as the guy making 168hp at the wheel. Our cars barely do that will IHE and a 50 shot. I say its pretty good for bolt ons. |
