New 1998 Honda Civic Hatchback, 50k miles
 

Hi Gang,

I recently joined this forum just to read a bit about owning a 6th Gen Civic. I'm finally managing to post some pics.

In April, my Mom gave me her red Honda Civic because my car got rear ended and totaled. The Honda is a 1998 DX Civic Hatchback. It hasn't been modified in any way other than standard maintenance. Because of some aging issues, my parents can't use this car anymore. My Mom literally only drove it to church on Sundays because my Dad sang in the choir, so they went (4 miles) at different times. I believe she also went to Wal-Mart once in a while with it, otherwise this thing has been sitting in their garage for 19 years. Now it's in my garage. And is being driven a bit more. When I got it on Mar 29, 2017, it had 48,957. I just rolled it to 50,000 last week.

Here are a few pics. Let me know if any of you want pics of something else. It looks practically new. The only damage is a ding on the front right fender area where it looks like something in their garage fell on it.
