My almost stock 7th gen. 5 Attachment(s) Well. I have been here for a while now and I have never posted pictures of my car for some reason. I figured it was about time to do so. It's completely stock, except for an aftermarket H/U and a couple of subs which I don't have pictures of at the moment! Here it is: Attachment 107084 Attachment 107085 Attachment 107086 Attachment 107087 Attachment 107088 |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. Nice ride! I like the head unit too. |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. looks good |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. Thanks. The head unit is something else... I like it a lot but it's not equipped for GPS... yet :) |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. One of my plans is to get one like that, that fits in the dash. |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. Mine is not in there perfectly, and is obviously not moulded in. The problem I ran into is the deck has such a wide faceplate that when opening it hits the bottom section of the trim piece. So I had to actually cut a portion of the trim piece out so the deck opens properly. Otherwise the install was a breeze. :) I recommend this deck if you have money... but it is SUPER expensive. I got it half off so it was worthwhile for me. |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. Very nice, i want the leather wrapped steering wheel and shift nob! Tint that and paint your calipers and drums black to give it a sharp look. |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. Ahh yes tint... I've been thinking about doing that forever. The leather wrapped steering wheel is nice, but the shift knob is starting to wear down :) Thanks for the suggestions, next time I do my brakes I'll do some painting! |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. looks great man. i wish i had that gauge cluster so bad... damn vp trim package. makes it look so much better to have the chrome trim in there. |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. lower it on eibach's pro kit, nice exhaust (thermal research?), love the car though.. |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. Where did you get that Alpine head unit from? (how much?) looks sweet! |
Re: My almost stock 7th gen. Lowering the car for me would be a big mistake. It's my commuter car and it goes 150kms a day. Living in Canada sometimes the car already plows the road. I'd love to lower it but it just makes no sense for me here. The HU I actually bought at an auction. I got it for half price for 450 dollars which is really nice. It's the only reason I bought it. It was a local place that auctioned it off but Future Shop sells the deck now too for I think 800 dollars. Thanks everyone :) |
