Woah, I got scared when I saw those spray bottles, I was bracing my self into looking at a horrendous paint job, but damn it totally shocked me. Wow. Excellent work dude.

Could you tell me the exact sprays u used for ur side skirts and front lip?

Haha thanks guys, I went to Napa and had them mix me Nighthawk Black Pearl for about $11 for a full size can which is hella lot better then buying the dupli color 5oz can for $6-7. I used sandable black primer and a bumper coating and also adhesive promoter for prepping and wet sanded between each coat. Then i painted it with the NHB then Import Spray Clear coat then done! I didnt sand the base coat cuz i had pearl in the mix. but i'm afraid to sand the clear coat to get rid of the orange peel so i'm leaving that for now.

I cant really say, I'm sure once I wet sand it, it'll look pretty good. right now it looks matte black because of the orange peel. but thats up close, from a couple feet away the paint job looks fine.

Haha true that, just afraid that I may ruin the paint job. Maybe I'll do it another weekend. I've been neglecting my studies because of this =P

Lol I'm getting tint probably in the next month. I'm not sure what percent yet because IL laws wont let you have any in the front, but i'm thinking of getting it all around anyways, just gotta figure out how dark i can get w/o the cops bothering me.

Did you have to get your exhaust bent to work with that rear lip?

Nope, it was a perfect fit! I was really surprised, i thought i would have to bend the hangers or something but I had no fitment issues.

Before you put the rear lip on, how far did it sit down below the rear bumper?

Thanks for the help. I have about 1 or 1 1/2 between my exhaust and bumper. I had been wanting to get a rear lip but was nervous about it covering the exhaust. Also, how do you like that Kaminari lip?

I like it alot, but i'm not a fan of the rear lip though, i dont really like how it looks like a comb haha but the rear lip from the side looks good.

i have friends with really dark tint on the front windows and they are never bothered by cops. as long as you don't give them a reason to pull you over, you should be fine.

(i am in illinois as well).

btw, the car looks tits.

Yup, just walk into their paint section and give them your year, make, and model and they'll look up the paint code and everything. Depending on the color they have to make certain amount of cans. for NHB you have to buy sets of 3, so if you need 4 you have to buy 6 cans...
