Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift Looks a thousand times better! The bumper and grille really cleaned it up. What else do you have planned? Wagner :shake: |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift looks cool man, one question: what is up with that gap on the driver's side of the hood? it's way larger than the passenger side(or are my eyes deceiving me).............:susp: |

Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift very nice. I agree tho some blackout headlights would definantly give it a great look. |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift What Wheels!!!!???? |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift looks good. what bout some side shots n stuff? |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift Nadaboh :) |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift you got rid of the m3 mirrors...nice job. good start. |

Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift Got the sideshots... any suggestions on any wheels? I was leaning toward c8's.. any other suggestions? |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift Nadaboh. (Needs a drop and blacked-out headlights.) What wheels? That's up to you. Find some you like. Personally, I'm a fan of white-on-white, but I know lots of people aren't. But if you give me a side-shot of your car and some wheels you might like, I'll photoshop them on there so you can get a feel for it. |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift wow that looks way good. now polish up the exhaust lol. bronze c8s would look sweet |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift car looks much better. bronze wheels would look good on white. i think that black wheels with a polished lip would look clean too - but some people will say they are played out. definitely find some wheels you like though. |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift looks alot better |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift Thanks for the comment guys.. and yeah i do plan on getting BOH's and im gettin my Tein SS's this friday... Bronze? my mirrors wont throw the scheme off? btw.. has anyone heard of the Rota flashback? (work equips knockoffs) |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift bump |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift Dude, stop bumping. This site isn't high-traffic enough to need that. Your thread's not going to sink down to the bottom. Chill. And no, I don't think that'll be an issue with the mirrors. You should be fine, but eventually I'd look into getting some body-colored ones. And about those Rotas, you can look at this thread I found: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?p=873219 A great way to describe the relationship between "original" wheels and "knock-off" wheels is that Works are for the garage and showroom, Rotas are for the street and track. They quality is fine, I mean, they're an OEM supplier for some companies. |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift yeah i was thinking of getting those w/ the polished face and black highlights |
Re: My POS EM2 got a facelift Hm, I for one am going to stick with the originals, meaning that I am not going to be buying Rota wheels. Not because the quality is not good. I'm sure the quality is just fine, if not great. However, I personally feel that the originals such as Work or Volk, are better then good. Does that make sense? I posted a video I found about Rays engineering here: https://www.civicforums.com/forums/1...ing-stuff.html The video goes in depth about how they design and test their wheels to be above and beyond street capable. I've never been to the track, I do want to go some day, when I do go that one day, I don't want to take a chance that something bad is going to happen to the wheel. When I buy a wheel from a manufacturer like Ray's I know that I won't have a problem, because it's tested and true. I don't know weather or not Rota tests their wheels in various ways. |
