My 2007 civic Ex w/18 inch azul speedmesh rims thats it for now

I am planning on blacking out the heads and tails installing a hiprospeed <ebay brand> CAI, high flow Cat,and a full megan exhaust thats the first step.from there i am planning on finding out if there is anyway to change my ivtec from engaging @ the low rpms it does now to the Higher rpm range.
I got called out and didnt even know when my own cars vtec engaged .
thats about as Newb as you can get. anyway comments and suggestions are more then welcome

i highly recommend you not to get ebay CAI or short ram. go with either weapon R (carb legal is not an issue) or AEM/Injen/K&N (if carb legal is an issue). overall the car looks nice, i have always been a fan of tinted out headlight and tail, i have used VHT spray on my taillight, wanted to do my headlight too but my light output isnt great since i messed up my lense wen i tried to black it out.

I am expecting 10-20hp gains from I/e and possibly headers im heqaring headers may not be possible for my ride and spark plug wires some sort of upgraded pulley:lol:
