M3 Side Mirrors
 

Does anybody have those M3 sidemirrors being sold on Ebay on their car? I ran over a glass bottle and it kicked up and smashed my side mirror, so was wondering whether it was worth it to get these as a replacement as they are cheaper than OEM.

I have the G2 mirrors i think thats what they were called off of ebay.

They were $40 bucks and have led light blue signals when i take turns.

They are sooo worth it. I love mine...but make sure you paint them the same color as your car...then they look sick!!

I've heard that these low cost ebay "M3 Style" Mirrors have a tendency to kind of rattle while you are driving...thus distorting the image while looking in it. Can anyone verify this, or was I misinformed.

You do get what you pay for soo...

I dont have any rattling and they look clean because they are painted.

The actual mirror lense is smaller though so it took me a little bit to get used to, but i love them

For this last pic, I left the hazards blinking and took the pic at the right second when it was flashing. These mirrors only blink when you put on ur turn signal. They are better at night...but they arnt really bright. They look good though

they are powered mirrors :D

left,right,up,down motions on both. came with wiring and everything

ya i like them better than the M3 mirrors. No im not sure but its all the same...just buy either the 2 or 4dr and if u have power mirrors u need the mirrors to be powered or electric.

my description said like "4DR G2 powered mirrors" or something like that.

should be about $40bucks w/shipping included


just make sure to get them painted cuz it looks so much better.
i had to pay to get it painted which sucked cuz the price turned out to be almost as much as stock mirrors from Honda. But if its pretty much the same price then you might as well get the 1's off ebay :tup:

I hit my right mirror on accident wen backing out of garage in a hurry cuz i had to take the ACT test haha. I like smaller mirrors now lol

one things for sure though...the front of my car has a more agressive look with those mirrors compared to my old black stocks :cool:

i just dont think the mirrors go with anything on your car, wheels dont really go good with the car either and you need a drop bad

well they are painted so they match the car unlike the black mirrors i used to have, the rims...well ill agree w/u on that cuz im planning on getting lightweight 15's (But i dont think the rims look bad i just dont want the extra weight).

But woah a drop? my car is dropped...i have tein springs 1.4" and also have koni adjustable shocks fyi

im also going to get a front lip and side skirts and i kno it will look better then.

but how do u not like the mirrors? just cuz its different and from ebay doesnt mean its crap..

just wait till i have a few more parts on - my car is slowing coming together

idk if u can change the led lights. they cam like that already, but i cuz u could take out the side piece and change em and glue it back in but idk

i never liked those mirrors, the big hole in the middle looks stupid and doesnt match anything...i think a lip kit would help

ya well i want to get a front lip and sides, and light weight 15"s or 16"s, and also going to put on black housing angel eyes w/clear signal sides (instead of that orange piece) to match the clear mirror sides. Also 6000k hid ;)

i like them but was aways hesitant about buying them. after i order my new wheels and lowering springs i might go on ebay and order some m3 mirrors
