Thanksgiving break + boredom = messing with 'vic Got around to getting some stuff done that I have been meaning to do.... Got the calipers all painted up, back drums are black front silver. Then did the grille....What do ya think? I love it, that's the look I'm goin for with my red '03 coupe. I'm gonna go with Aero sides. I'm debating on whether I should do a black grille or silver? I'll have 17's similar to your wheels. Any suggestions? |

My Cardomain account Thnks everyone, I don't get...well any compliments on my car because where I live everyone is a truck driving, domestic loving redneck! djdust12, I went with black because I thought it would look cleanest and not stick out. When looking at my grilles from a few feet away it's like staring into a black abyss, even in direct sunlight! I guess I've thought how mine'd look silver, seemed like it would be too much.... |

man, that is dope. Love the grille. I gotta em2 also and was wanting to do that! Man, its an 01 though, happen to know how to mod that grill to look like that? and umm.. hmm, or does the 04 grille fit in the 01? I know i could search, but if you know the answer then that saves me some time. *sigh* being a little lazy sucks- but why not ask someone who has done it. Also, you said you still had the black honey comb under the hood?? well.. How? I mean it looks like you took it out, and if you did- then arent you worried about someone messing with it and gaining access to under your hood? VERY nice ride by the way, red em2 rock! |
^ Triz if you have an 01 then get the typeR/altezza front grill (the one with no emblems). Its the cleanest one and is made for 01-03 civics only. Heck i wish they made it for my model (05). |
