After much deliberation.......I decided to go the other way.....
HeRe'S WhaT I goT....a 2007 FJ Cruiser 4X4 MT in Diamond Black.
I picked it up last Monday.
Still getting used to the size and height difference from the Civic.

I'm about this close to getting a fit with the automatic paddle shifters. Every car i've ever owned was a manual. Then again my civic is mint condition so.

My car before my civic was a Tacoma (the old rugged ones) and that thing could offroad like a mother. I've heard those aren't bad either, congrats.

FJ Cruisers are really nice once some people get past the "weird" look. Have fun!

sweet dude. trucks are alot more versatile(sp) than a car. i have been wanting one like that except yellow, with a little lift and black wheels

get some big tires and use it off road, thats what its made for!

The FJ is everything I wanted the Element to be, so I can't flame. Its got that off-beat look with the power and stance to back it up. Plus its affordable, unlike say... an H2... :sweet: Nice ride! ^_^

I think the FJ is awesome just because it looks weird! Its about time for something REALLY out there to hit the streets..

But I still like my 2006 Jeep Wrangler better..

I'm going have to agree with most people here. The FJ cruiser is wierd looking. I'm not feeling that look. If you like it, that's all that matters though. It doesn't matter what I think, because its your ride.

I'm not a big fan of SUV's either. The only SUV's I would buy are an Escalade, Hummer (only the older ones, before the H2), and the one that I would actually consider is the Element SC.

Thanks for the good comments as well as the disses guys. I was expecting more bad comments but I was wrong. I like it and thats all that matters.
Don't worry, I won't be leaving this site. I'll be helping my bro. with the Civic for future mods.
