Post up Greddy Sp Pics!!

I'm tired of riding around on stock exhaust and am looking at some quiet exhausts. I've seen some Tanabe and the Apexi WS exhausts and would like to see some pics with the Greddy Sp exhaust on it or a knock off. Thanks

I have a Greddy SP Exhaust. Here are some pictures of it on my car.

Do you think this is quieter than an N1 type exhaust?

Also, do you have any pics from the side so I can see what the tip looks like on the car.

Yea I think it is quieter than any N! exhaust. If I had to compare the sound level to another exhaust I would have to say it is about the same level as the World Sport.

I heard the Greddy Evo was pretty quiet too... Any truth to that?

Greddy Evo is a little quieter than DC Sports and alot quieter than Apexi. I had evo and dc. Greddy has a nice tone and less exhaust noise than DC. Apexi is loud but I heard it with a race header on it!!

im considering getting this exhaust as well. anyone know if it will fit with the aero rear lip?

i have the evo and it sounds great. it can get loud @ WOT with the cat pipe and header i have on as well. but when not @ WOT and at cruising speeds its really quiet

AznChinksta 08-21-2006 12:14 PM

go turbo then the n1 wont be that loud lol

Yea the greddy evo 2 is not loud. I heard rennen's exhaust it sounded really good. When his pushes his car sounds like a low tone and sounds like it has a very fast airflow. I like it *thimbs up*

I guess if I ever decide to build up my car, that's what I'm going with. We'll see what happens, I guess.

I'm not really looking for any " round canister " type exhausts. Not really into the Evo 2 exhaust because it seems like one out of every 3 people have it on their car.

Does anyone have any pics of the SP from the side? Trying to see what the tip looks like from that angle.

my advice is go for the rsr emag or a dc5r exhaust.

yea, please post a pic side view for sp II, iam gonna buy it soon after i get my rims.. (well still saving for volks dammit)

scansel912 08-21-2006 03:58 PM

I saw the RSR had problems with rusting which is why im not going to buy it.

The 05-06 type-s exhaust is also an option.

imo= the more stock looking the better...lOL i cant really talk with my coffee can evo but it does sound good. i wouldnt mind an rsr or a dc5r or 05-06 dc5 exhaust for that matter. cops are starting to profile cars down here now.

Evo 2 all the way.... great tone.... awesome flow..... feels like it free'd up alot

WilmncChris 08-21-2006 07:57 PM

I am turboed and have the greddy evo2 exhaust. its very low sound and gives a good rumble at WOT. Even before i added the turbo i enjoyed the tone of the greddy evo2 exhaust

jester444 08-22-2006 03:35 PM

Yeah, my friend's got the Evo2 on her turbo'd DC2. That's my choice if I ever save up enough money. But, first things first. Rims, drop, exhaust, turbo... the list goes on and on.
