bOoStEd042dr 08-15-2006 09:51 AM

i bet your enjoying that dezod kit

ronaldo9 08-15-2006 09:53 AM

Was it necessary to take out the bumber grill for the intercooler to fit. PS your car is mint..nice and clean and not too flashy but would look more amazing dropped. I'm sure its a 1000 times better in person. Have fun with her, we're all jealous.

WilmncChris 08-15-2006 02:31 PM

Its Dropped I got B&G Springs, but only dropped 1.5..Anymore than that and it would really suck driving around here

kuNhoHan 08-15-2006 02:42 PM

nice car

Valdeezy 08-15-2006 02:52 PM

ronaldo9 08-15-2006 06:01 PM

Um ya that blowoff valve is sweet. Love the flutter type. I can't wait to hear your car at WOT. Congrats again Chris.

WilmncChris 08-15-2006 06:12 PM

ye and its loud too.

familycar 08-15-2006 06:34 PM

the BOV needs to be adjusted. it doesnt flutter because its supposed to. its not opening enough to let the big pssst out. you need to play with it some more and losen it up to let the air actually bypass. there should be an adjustment screw on it... its not doing its job right now which is to bypass air to prevent surges.

Ichiban 08-15-2006 06:44 PM

You have to remember that it never reached full boost either. So it may not have the pressure the open the valve all the way. I don't compliment many people but this def deserves one. Nice ride.

true i didnt take that into consideration. but the valve shouldnt be that tight. even if he only made 3psi of boost by that time its only 2psi away from what the wastegate is set at. which means it does still need adjustment. the only way to tell would be to see the boost guage at that moment.

WilmncChris 08-15-2006 07:12 PM

i just did hit 1 or 2 psi. the bov is fine it does the correct job when at higher boost. I adjusted it when i first got it. thanks for the compliments.

WilmncChris 08-15-2006 08:15 PM

Plus with the Tial BOV there is no adjustment. They use boost pressure springs that match your vacume at idle or something along those lines.

crazyasian 08-15-2006 08:22 PM

dang that bov sounds sick. nice as hell. any plans to get a vid of it on the road?

RHCP0801 08-15-2006 08:27 PM

everytime i click on your video it says firefox has encountered a problem and needs to shutdown

Mike04Civic 08-15-2006 09:18 PM

 I <3 the sound of that blow-off valve :D

WilmncChris 08-15-2006 09:31 PM

I am not sure why the vid did not work for you. Ye the whole kit works so well together. Wait til I get more pics of the engine bay after i do some work.

RHCP0801 08-15-2006 09:36 PM

ok it worked for me on IE....sounds great man

WilmncChris 08-15-2006 09:50 PM
