SR20det s13 and my buddies an idiot.
 

well after 3 days of working on his 92 240sx, doing full drift spec suspension, and the sr20det swap, with a 91 sentra wiring harness because the det was RHD wiring. I come to find out he didn't have the legal title for it yet. I assumed that since it ran decent when he bought the car form the police auction, that he went and already had the salvage title from the highway patrol. Well turns out he didn't.:_doh: So time to put evrythign back to stock height and specs on the suspension, and put the ka24 back in. I was going to have pictures of this carppy looking car with bad ass sleaperness, but since the engine is out and the suspension is back to stcok it jsut looks like a crappy 240. next weekend maybe.

ehh, as long as its ready for drift wars next weekend. his old celica is getting pretty beat up suspension wise, and this is a better balanced car.

na why would I charge a friend for working on his car? next time I need help he's gonna be like yeah $100. And since the suspension and everything is on and we know basically where he wanst it to sit at, its about 5 hours to drop the new motor/tranny back in, we already have the clutch and everything installed in the tranny. So its really not that big of deal.

true, but wasted time and effort is still wasted....y'all could have been flogging the new whip by now...

hmm, if i had to do the same work twice my friends know id be pissed and would at least give me a beer. hehe
