The headlights are in progress!!!! I'll have more Pics in an hour or so????!!!!!

did mine yesterday..but i have the 04-05.. alot harder..

^^did you use a heat gun or the oven method? I wanna do mine too. Hope to see you at the meet.

All I did was use a razor to cut the glue an a screw driver to spread it apart took me about40 minutes to get to the painting part, it was simple!!!!!!!!

What kind of paint are you using? I would like a glossy look. I haven't put them together yet so I still have time to change.

if u use a heat gun it takes about 15 mins for both headlights

I did a high heat base coat(2), with a gloss black second coat(2)

What brand did you use for the gloss black paint?

Here Are Some Pics of the finished product not bad for a first timer it wasn't really that hard tho, an some pics of my rims an everything an my nephews car.

razor blade?...i'm gonna have to do this on my retro...i hate the oven method. did you reseal it?

When I cleared my headlights, I used a razor blade to get the glue apart and a screw driver to spread it completely apart and just used silicon to seal it up, didn't bake it or anything. Leak free for a year and a half.

Whats with the fuzzy pictues?

Oh, an give me some rep i don't know the use of it but whatever, everybodies always askin for it.

id go wit oem, looks cleaner IMO, kaminari is nice too tho i guess its just a personal preference, do what you think looks best.. little things u can do to make it look alot better wud be sidemarkers, yellow lamin-x.. but that all depends on the look your going for.

good job on the lights and lip. i think some different rims would flow better with the car. they just look to aggresive for the rest of it imo.

but hell wheels arent cheap so do what YOU like. you will be more satisfied :tup:

Looks good. When I did mine I used NHBP paint and a clear coat. Matches the car perfectly. Keep up the good work.

I did my new head lights yesterday

looks great man! IMO, a OEM style sides and rear would probibly flow well w/ that lip, the the other style lip would look sweet too! Just a sugestion, you might want to look into tinting your tails too, then you will have all black, very hot IMO! keep up the good work! :rockon:
