OKAY decided against all the other colors and went with lamborghini Arancio Atlas MIC.

these pics are of the paint just starting,
this is 8 coats of paint, not wetsanded or cleared yet just painted...
2- silver base
2 - white base
4 - orange

as for the paint cost

this is NOT including the silver,white or clear.
Just the color cost $550 a gallon (what the body shop said anyway)
it took a little more then a pint to paint just those parts so far....
expensive yes but i hope its worth it when its done.

those wheels look simalr to my tenzo drivex 7 that I had on my vic they will look sorta like this :-D

Wow.. looks like it's going to be one very nice paint job.

After all that, I'd be afraid to drive the car anymore! My front end is dinged up with rock chips everywhere. I think most of us have that problem... bad paint chipping on the front end.

Can't wait to see it when it's done!

Orange seems to be the custom color of choice on our 7thgens right now. I think if I was gonna get my car painted....I would probably do that olive green color that you see on a lot of EGs.

the brand of paint is PPG.

I just watched the California Lamborghini meet video and saw (I think) this color on a Lambo in the video.

Sure looks nice. Nothing else out there like it that I can think of.

i mean i have seen alot of orange civics and a few 7gens orange.
BUT i havent seen one in that color, alot of house of color orange or imola orange or like a 350z copper...

hopefully it will stand out a little.
