accidents are f'in fantastic

besides the fact someone hit me, my car got robbed while outside the shop. not only do i have to sue the guy for hitting me b/c he was driving with no head lights on, drunk, stoned or whatever, i have to go though insurance to get my money for my tv, system, and everything they took from the inside while outside the mother ****ing shop.

im so sick of ****ing cars :hithead:

i dont have pics from b4, but he hit my front drivers side smack dab in the wheel, so i needed a new front end and suspension etc. whatever, and the mother ****er didnt even speak english, and the cop even gave me a ticket and said "YOU ONLY DRIVE A HONDA"....i wanted to ****ing spit on him

Yes, if you see the pic of where my seat is, i had it so you cant open the trunk with out the key, so they tore apart the plastic around the key hole in the back to CUT the trunk lid wire that just releases the spring and it just opens

booba5185 12-22-2005 06:04 PM

damn, how did they get in in the first place?

dumbass in the shop left it outside for a night, how smart is that? leaving my car outside is like putting a neon sign outside saying rob me. the car was going to be in the shop 3 days after i got hit for my swap, so after it gets fixed its getting trailered to the shop for my k20 swap, nothing like being more ****ing broke then a joke. im going to be eating pop tarts for a year

UrAverageCivic 12-22-2005 06:12 PM

damn, that really sux. They must have known you had something in ur trunk because they tore the plastic upl

booba5185 12-22-2005 06:12 PM

well what i meant is how they got in if they poped the lock, it's the same thing when i got broken into, my advice is to either shave the door handles or do what i did, buy the door handles off the rear doors on a sedan and convert them over. My car has no key holes on the outside of the car so it's a pretty good deterrent....that and my alarm is loud enough to wake anyone in a 100 yards radius up

boricua_civic 12-22-2005 06:21 PM

my alarm also is a freacking loud biatch, it wakes up my neighboors in my apartment where I study when I open the door without disabling it . One ?, was the car locked??

That's exactly what i'm saying, how did they get in? niether lock looks poped and no broken glass.....

Karumba 12-22-2005 06:24 PM

I don't see why you have to go through insurance. The shop should be responsible for the theft. It also sounds very much like an inside job from the shop - I wouldn't know if I'd trust that shop's work personally after that.

By the way, what was your ticket for anyways?

boricua_civic 12-22-2005 06:26 PM

They were prepared and knew there was something there...you should get your car out of there and screw the hell out of them.

MOst Shops make you sign something saying that they're not liable for anything stolen\missing from the car

Nitto 12-22-2005 06:31 PM

they broke the drivers side window, but the trunk latch on the floor is disabled, so they went in the back seat and ****ed it up back there. i have a insane alarm as well and its loud as well, but i dont think they set it. i am going thru the shops insurace Karumba, so they should be takeing care of it but still its a pain, and the ticket was for "failing to stop at a stop sign"...

but whats funny is the guy didnt have his lights on, so how am i supposed to ****ing see him? PLUS there are parked cars all along side of the road, so how can i see HIM? the cop was just an ******* to me because i was FLIPPING the **** out, my friend was behind me in hsi car and he was holding me back from beating the living **** out of the dumb bitch driving the 87 acura ledgend that hit me

SinaloaCivic 12-22-2005 06:33 PM

Hello... it doesn't just have to be someone he knows... the car was neon green to start off... it calls to attention and people wanna peek in.

Heh... if you car is a DX in Puerto Rico and you bought it from any Bella dealer, you've got one of the best alarms on the market. Friggin' beeper has a range of like one kilometer or so. Trust me... I've tried it out.

boricua_civic 12-22-2005 08:27 PM

Ok ramcosca, you are the God, you know everything,:_doh: common, I was giving my opinion, cause that happened to a friend of mine and the one who did it was a friend of his, he saw his two subwoofers and the same cd player at his house, we were so angry , and his car is a Integra type-r yellow, so it turns the attention. Also our stuck alarms suck, does'nt matter if it has a range of 2 miles, it is peace of cake for thieves. My alarm is not the stock one, I installed one that you can upgrade with tracking, it uses the siren and the horn of the car, freacking annoying when is activated.

PunkingCivic 12-22-2005 08:50 PM

Make the shop's insurance pay for your ride.

if they don't pay for the system; there is always small claims court for the whopping max of 5 g's.

Coloraduh_Civic 12-22-2005 09:12 PM

Damn, sorry to hear about all that...

ripspecv 12-22-2005 09:35 PM

damn now im scared to have almost the exact same green on my car. i dont have any handles so i guess that should make people think twice. but man that suxs.

tuner04civic 12-22-2005 09:45 PM

that sux, but the shops responsible for ur car so it should go through their insurance and the accident through drunks

good luck with all of it

Mutha Fn FBM 85 12-22-2005 09:59 PM

everyone keeps saying about shaved doorhandles..

...a thief never opens a door without first breaking out a window.....

^^^^NITTO said they busted his window guys...come on read up...all shaving the handles does it make it more obvious you have something worth taking....plus the fact that once the batt dies you have to go through the trunk(SEDAN) to get into the car....

i live in a bad neighborhood where it's a hazing to get your car broken into and robbed basically, no one has had their window broken....mine, my friend lars, dan, courtney, steve, mike, clint, sarah, josh, cole, and some guy that got his car broken into the same day as lars, not one window broken, all popped locks, less noisey and less noticable.

booba5185 12-22-2005 10:09 PM
