yea not the oem one, alright thanks |
Can I ask you why your taking your seats knob off? I was jw, also what kind of Sparcos are those? How much and where did you get them, i'm trying to get my car done for Nopi next year, and I definatly want new seats. |
The knob is too expensive to risk getting salt on from my gloves or whatever in the winter. Same with the seats. They are torino's (the reclinable ones) and I got them locally up here in Canada for about $1100 CDN which wont really help you. But the worst thing was having to buy the brackets and sliders to install them in the car. But I can say they are amazing! I obviously put my stock seats back in, and it was then I reallized just how good those seats really are. |
For winter, all I do to my car is wash it and wax it... The Caribbean rules... :sweet: |
how come your before is manual and after is automatic??? |

Dang. That's how mines gonna look! It really sucks.. doesn't it? Anyways still looks good though dude. |
^^lol...newb question...you can see by the gear shift it's not an auto.... |
^^^ newb urself.. the pedals arent a dead giveaway? and what makes it impossible for it to be in 3rd if it was a manual? |
I prepared my car for winter just like ramcosca, i wax my car and put it up for the winter, but i'm still driving my car, its 72* right now in Ohio in November, its crazy! But is supposed to flurry Friday, Thursday will be the last time i drive it until next year! :_disgust: Almost time to drive the beater. Jer2k, how much were the sliders and brackets? What was so bad about installing them? |
didn't see the pedals... :_doh: |
jer2k - did your stock seats have airbags? |
um um...

where can i get one of them ultimate short shift |
Its an automatic no doubt, but the momo shifter and manual boot suits my interior. Slow Gold: My stock seats didnt have airbags. Drew22mader: It wasnt the install that was a problem, it was the cost. The brackets, sliders and adapters were about 450 CDN. I've heard you can modify your stock sliders but thats no good if you want to to back to stock. |
thats cool.. seems like alot of work just for the winter....but i guess its worth it to keep everything looking new... |
