New Car for me, Infiniti G35 Sedan

1 Attachment(s)
My new ride. A 2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan, its pretty nice all leather, power, 260 Horses. I kept my 2001 Civic Ex, just got rid of my Dodge Durango. It was a nice trade. Only $20,000 they were asking 26,000. But let me know what you think, will be lowered and on 19's or 20's by summer.

bigmurr 11-14-2005 12:37 PM

well imo coupe is better but its still a g35 so good upgrade

PitbullCivic 11-14-2005 12:42 PM

Would have gotten the coupe but I have kids, So wife thought a 4 door would be better, plus we have a 2001 Civic EX coupe. It is a nice upgrade though.

nice deal man, good thing you kept the civic.

where in washington state are you?

Boggie1688 11-14-2005 01:14 PM

GREAT CHOICE!!!!

6mt.net thats the best g35 forum ever!!!! Im on there...never really login anymore though.

Do you have an 04? that looks like one, I can't tell though..I need to see the rear. You should think about getting some performance stuff. Something like a Z tube, with a pop charger. They usually run pretty damn cheap and you can notice a difference in sound and hp. You can probably pick them up on forums used.

Enjoy the car you lucky man you...

PitbullCivic 11-14-2005 01:19 PM

Ill probably drop it 1" or 1 1/2", and Im still looking at rims but they will be staggered probably something like 19 x 8 and 19x9 or something. Just got the car this weekend so still looking around for parts and such. And Im located around the Yakima Wa area.

PitbullCivic 11-14-2005 01:25 PM

Boggie, Ill have to look at 6mt.net. Ive looked around at some of the forums and they are not as good as this one. Ill probably get some performance parts on the G later on. Probably the usual, intake, headers, exhaust and suspension. Maybe save 5 grand and get a supercharger Hmmmm 400 to flywheel sounds good. Its the 03

yah droped with 20s would be crazy. prolly like 30 or 35 series tire

exturbo6 11-14-2005 01:27 PM

Black rims with a deep chrome lip would look nice!

NIce car BTW..good luck with it!!!

sweeteli99 11-14-2005 01:27 PM

damn, 20k? i thought it'd cost way more. hmm. anyways
some 19s and a nice drop would be hot.

Ya with 20's its 35 series, if you go staggered its like 245/35/20 and 275/30/20. It will look sweet though. But it will need the drop, Ive seen some on cardomain without and there is a huge wheel well gap looks nasty without a drop.

ah, you're in yakima. the dealer license plate things looked like they were from dave smith motors, in kellogg, idaho. im in spokane, and a lot of people from here drive to kellogg to buy cars, so i was thinkin that you might be from here too.

Nicely done. Hell... you can't even get a 197hp Civic Si anymore for under $20,000. I like the coupe's styling slightly more, but can't argue with your reasoning.

Badass car. Enjoy it and keep us updated.

Boggie1688 11-14-2005 09:10 PM

A nice car indeed...good luck with the 6mt thing. You should like it...everyone there is nice or at least when i use to go...and there lots of old threads about everything you need to know.

Out of curiosity how many miles does the car have?

sil04ver 11-15-2005 09:20 AM

 Thats a sick vehicle.....you know Greddy has a twin turbo, right??

solo_rider 11-15-2005 09:47 AM
