not a fan at all

too much rice and need a drop BAD

hustlelikem0fo 11-07-2005 09:01 PM

why the baby blue drums/calipers? do you have any idea how rediculous that looks on a mono color silver car?

all you need is a good drop, some nice rims and you'll be set...

frdeffscrbrd 11-07-2005 09:01 PM

i live in texas too many pop holes.
goin for show.
daily driver.

frdeffscrbrd 11-07-2005 09:02 PM

what color would u suggest silver, primer?

booba5185 11-07-2005 09:03 PM

loose the blue and about 1.75 inches, then you'll wanna hear what i have to say about your ride.

frdeffscrbrd 11-07-2005 09:07 PM

any suggestion about the color for the drums and calpiers. Black?

modoman 11-07-2005 09:13 PM

black for drums. red for calipers if you must have color, but black is the best for stock civic brakes.
that's all i'll say because i'm not feelin it at all :\

booba5185 11-07-2005 09:13 PM

yea, black out your headlight and tails, and possibly a cf hood, but seriously, drop it, it would look so much hotter

armieo 11-07-2005 09:14 PM

Go back to stock with your engine bay colors. It looks like legoland in there. Then paint your drums/calipers black. Flat black. Then drop it.

Berg_Tomaru 11-07-2005 09:14 PM

Not a fan of blue at all, a bit too much for my taste. Lose the blue + get a drop and the car would look definitely much better :)
p.s. for the caliper & drums, I would go with OEM color

booba5185 11-07-2005 09:16 PM

yea and under the hood isn't a rainbow

frdeffscrbrd 11-07-2005 09:17 PM

liking about getting projectors, altezzas,cf hood&trunk, later down the line

I live in Texas too. Pot Hole are not that big of a problem. I am going for show too. Also a daily driver. Also I to have a body kit and a one inch drop.

http://www.7thgencivic.com/memberrid...3/DSC00439.JPG

This is my opinion not bashing... but I would stick with one color. Maybe black drums with a gloss?? And I understand that some people (like me) are short on funds... but don't go buying everything in an general automotive shop (PepBoys). Just stick with two colors at the most (black and silver).

Also Texas is upper case!!! Keep Texas Clean!! But at least your body kit is painted.

technick03 11-07-2005 09:20 PM

that kit is too aggressive imo
flat black calipers and drums
too much going on under the hood, good jod painting caps and cover, maybe just loose the yellow
better rims
drop that bitch

frdeffscrbrd 11-07-2005 09:21 PM

black or carbon fiber

bhoy 11-07-2005 09:24 PM

u from texas to me too....and i slammed....just drive carefully adn alert for potholes

frdeffscrbrd 11-07-2005 09:25 PM

texascivic- trust me i don't buy things from pepboys never been there anyways

MajinB 11-07-2005 09:25 PM

ok i will give you some good feedback. first. pick one color for under the hood. stick with one. i see you like the baby blue. good 4 u. now find a color that contrasts that blue. drums should be painted a dark color. the body kit is sexy as shit. so is the grill. loose the blue H on the back. paint the rest of the crap under the hood baby blue. like the spark plug connectors. everything red and yellow needs to be converted to blue. good luck. new rims too. lids on the headlights.

frdeffscrbrd 11-07-2005 09:32 PM

thanks majinB

Ken2k2 11-07-2005 09:34 PM

go with black calipers and drums like everyone's saying and drop it. I went with black and silver calipers and black drums myself. here's a couple pics:

I like it! A Civic around my neighborhood has the same kit as you and wow.. it is insanely amazing in person and looks a lot lower in person too. I like everything. Different headlights would help.. DIY or projectors would look awesome. I'm gonna have to agree with everyone.. no rainbow under the hood lol. I don't think you should change everything to blue under the hood because it'll be too much. Add a color that looks good with blue but just one color. The taillights look nice, leave them stock. Anyways, awesome job dude! I give you a

manahoonie 11-07-2005 10:23 PM

sorry, but it makes me feel like i'm standing waist high in rice... everything on the outside is down low. colors in the engine bay are TOO BRIGHT for a SSM.

Cptn. Slow 11-07-2005 10:26 PM

I think it is too in your face. Did you do the work yourself? if so good job, it is really well put together.

yourinmyw0rld 11-07-2005 10:29 PM

Don't get the altezzas. Just get rid of the baby blue and get new rims and just drop it and you be okay

HondaNation 11-07-2005 10:54 PM

you need :help:
im sorry but ur ride looks like nothing but a waste of cash
