they are not meant to use as headlights, they are just city lights to use, like at dusk and dawn. |

If he drives at night then he just turned his headlights on. His city lights are actually mounted in there seperatley, so he has full controll over his parking lights, city lights, and head lights. |
I am still waiting for the DIY on those headlights. |
