[B]NGK Iridium IX[/B]

I just got my spark plugs this morning from sparkplugs.com and they said "do not gap iridium plugs, you will snap the center electrode". So I guess that means they come pre gapped? I know a lot of you are running these in your civics and I was just wondering if that is right. Can anyone let me know?
