Yes. Those are EP3 seats. Got the set from a guy for $400 and they were pretty mint. Just had to vacuum them up a bit. They went in really easy too. Only problem is that they're held in by 3 bolts. The 4th bolt (outside rear) doesn't line up, *at all*. :hithead: Gotta figure out how to fix that. This is probably the best $400 I've spent on the car in awhile. :D

all i see are red x's

mndthegap1 08-03-2005 10:31 AM

i see em.
looks good.
i had si seats before and so did prototype... .could never get the 4rth bolt to fit.
but the 3 bolts work fine...
nice job.

jgrow44 08-03-2005 10:58 AM

I recently got some SI seats also with the tan interior and it doesnt look to bad in my opinion but the only thing is these sit really high compared to my Type-S leathers...

Yeah. I noticed they sit kinda high. I had the stock seat cranked all the way down to the bottom. It actually feels pretty good sitting up that high though. Not like I'm sitting in a hole any more.

i dont like em in there with that tan interior, but deff nice upgrade. congrats

cubanmike26 08-03-2005 01:03 PM

Great upgrade, same opinnion about interior color match.

KnocturnalEM2 08-03-2005 01:08 PM

A very nice upgrade, very comfortable...not sure if I am feelin 'em in the Tan Interior...probably looks way better in person!!!

dirtySAMURAI 08-03-2005 01:20 PM

those seats are sexy comfortable. looks weird with everything tan and the seats black with red stitching. maybe you should paint more pieces black to match? lol

I was going with a whole white/blue scheme. These seats just threw that right out the window. :p They were too good of a deal to pass up and they're pure sex for comfort.

I'll be putting them through a nice test run for comfyness this weekend when I go to Ocean City, MD. Like a 3 hour drive.

i was thinking the same thing about the black seats with tan interior. hahaha sorry man but it looks kinda tacky. nice seats though!

dawn01civ 08-03-2005 02:39 PM

Alright. And you can have them to put in your car ...

Speaking of ... Matt was hating last night too. Kept saying how crappy and stuff they looked in my car and then he said that he wants to put them in his. What a hater. :p But then he tells me that he's getting a full ITR interior for his car. :screwy: Has to try and one-up me. :roflmao:

gnat1000 08-03-2005 02:50 PM

lol I got black leather rsx seats for my beige interior and now i'm getting a black interior to match. Hehe I guess I really like my seats

Black02Civ 08-03-2005 04:36 PM

definately a nice upgrade, but you should make your interior match. this isnt my opinion, it is a fact that it doesnt look right with with the tan, haha just playin man. do what you want, the seats are hot.

blouisgod 08-03-2005 04:57 PM

to get the back outside bolt to line up, just take a large drill bit and bore the whole on the Si slider down about .5". The bolt should go in pretty easy - having someone sit on the seat helps too :D

get an ITR jdm shift boot to match those bad boys! i had that setup a year ago and it was sweet. but i had to switch to the black leather rsx-s seats and a black leather GS-R boot...just cause i got bored with em.

ciVictoria 08-03-2005 05:30 PM

Like everyone said they do look a bit weird on the tan interior..Maybe you should start swaping out your tan interior with a black one from a junkyard or something.. Just a suggestion. Looks good though.

technick03 08-03-2005 06:29 PM

agree with others, I think it looks tacky as hell with that tan interior, those seats scream 'look at me' and their not that great anyway . . . imo. but you like em' and thats all that matters.
