Gixxer 06-25-2005 11:48 PM

It just sits on the ground, I don't think you ca adjust it that much.lol

I gotta mount the top hats for the front struts on top of the fender instead of under and slap some spacers in there also.

Thanx Man :_beer:

I don't now how much a camber kit would do when I have it that low. And what effect it will have when it's raise. I drive it lift to stock height.

Animosity 06-26-2005 01:00 AM

KnocturnalEM2 06-26-2005 01:37 AM

Yeah, it's nice to be able to lift it so I can get into places I had trouble with before. Plus it really turns heads when I drop it.

Thanks

Nice ride, sweet body kit also, but dont u think its a little too low? Where do u live? Up in NYC that kit wouldnt last a day, it would scrape every little bump on the street. Im sure ur exhaust takes a beatin too. Raise the rear just a bit so it would b level wit the front. Other than that, clean, real clean....

Al Gore FTW 06-26-2005 04:21 AM

I'm just wondering how many people think I could actually drive it like it is in the pics.

technick03 06-26-2005 07:45 PM

lol, as big as bags are nowadays, you would think people would understand that with the flick of a switch *poof* stock height. LIKE HYDROLICS PEOPLE (with just a completely different set up . . .) anyways your ride is sick, wish I could afford air ride, maybe one day !!

fuledya 06-26-2005 07:56 PM

some people on this site dont have a clue!!!!!!
Car looks good, was wondering what it up with the civics front suspension that doesn't allow it to go any lower with bags????

The top of the bag, (the aluminum plate that seals the bag) hits the top of the strut when it is all the way down.

DrOpPeD2k2CiViC 06-26-2005 08:25 PM

What set up is that??? Are you running bags over you stock strut in the front or a bag built into a strut.

AIM/Chasis Tech Airstruts. They are prebuilt from Chasis Tech. Straight bolt on.

Fast bag setup
Front/Back/Side to Side
8 Valves
3/8" air line
3/4 hp compressor
3 gal. tank
7" Touchscreen controller (also runs as a TV screen)

Teh_Sare 06-26-2005 10:32 PM

hot!! air ride is amazing. i wish i had enough coin for it!

technick03 06-27-2005 12:00 AM

how long did this take to install ???

Gixxer 06-27-2005 12:34 AM

It took about 4 hours to get everything installed. pretty much just take out the old stuff and put in the new. Probably be a little faster with a friend helping. I have tweaked on it some since I put it in, (trying to get the front to sit lower) I would suggest that You get accumulators also, it'll make the ride even smoother. Although it rides better now than when I had my springs in.

gnat1000 06-27-2005 08:58 AM

There was a guy around here with a 7th gen sedan with bags and he bounced like crazy. Thats why I never considered getting them. I guess he must either bought a crappy brand or didn't install them right

slicksivik 07-01-2005 02:39 AM

price...pm me if u want with it... j/w

eklipz 07-01-2005 02:50 AM
