Question on painting brake calipers and drum I was thinking about paint my brake calipers and drums red. Do you guys think this would look good or do you think I should paint them a different color. Here is a link to the a picture of my car without the brake calipers painted tell me if you think they will look good painted. http://www.7thgencivic.com/memberrid...cat/500/page/1. If anyone has a picture of there car with painted brake calipers show it to me. |
Paint the drums black and calipers...what ever colour you want. Painting the drums to match the calipers is weak. Buy some lowering springs too :D |
I hate painted drums... its soo tacky |
i got some paint for my calipers but do i need to but a clear coat on also or what? |
I say drop it, dont paint your drums cuz thats tacky. Paint your calipers blue. I think Blue and silver looks tite. |
just buy calipur paint, no clear coat needed, just clean off your calipur, paint and dry..it'll take a co uple coats..but the stuff dries reeaaaly fast. |
Drums look good if they are painted flat or gloss black. Flat is better, less noticable, just like flat girls are less noticable  |
^^^Ha!^^^ |
rice!!! |
I've seen a couple people on this site who have just painted the outer rim of their drum <whatever> color. IMO it looks pretty good, not too tacky or anything. |
