My 2002 SSM Civic

Hey guys, long time no post in Member's Rides. Anyway I got off my butt, washed the car, and decided to take some pictures. They're not the best quality. I did resize the pictures. So yeah, any comments are welcome! Have a good day!

Very clean car.

K20me 04-17-2005 02:13 AM

Thanks for the comments guys. Yeah I would lower it more, but strangely enough that's as low as the teins will let me go in the front. As for the rims, they are 15" Konig Heliums, lightweight and they look pretty good. Thanks again.

any local car shop *should* be able to get it for you... ask for the type-r lip kit and they should have it... but his front lip is a mugen style front lip, which w/ the type-r kit, it is by the same maker so you should be able to get it for fairly cheap... around here I can get the front lip for 100, sides for 160, and rear for 120...

Yeah check around local shops, or even online. Its actually an RS Lip kit (minus the rear of course).

haha I wish I could right now. I'm looking for some Gram Lights or SSR Competitions to replace these rims, but that's going to take a while.

cubanmike26 04-19-2005 09:40 PM

Nice car man, I like it!

gearbox 06-02-2005 12:08 AM

sweet ride. Did you feel any difference in acceleration with the rims? Are they direct swap or do you need new stuff like different lugs, center rings, etc.

There's a slight difference in acceleration, nothing too extravagant though. Its definitely easier to turn the steering wheel! These wheels are definitely worth the money at 10.8 lbs a piece. All that I bought for them were aftermarket lug nuts (Zenki's), which weigh next to nothing.

can you use stock lug nuts though? Also where did you gets the rims from? Thanks.
